1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms" or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and jiwn (the "Platform", "we", "us" or "our"), accessible at https://jiwn.cam. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, tools and interfaces provided by jiwn, including sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, instant games, promotional offers and customer support services.

By accessing, browsing, registering on or placing any wager through jiwn, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jiwn.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the jiwn website accessible at https://jiwn.cam, including all subdomains, pages, APIs and associated services.
• "User" / "you" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means the personal registered account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a User's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or such other currency as the Platform may support.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any financial stake placed by a User on a sports event, casino game, live dealer table or any other betting market available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by jiwn to Users, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required before certain account actions, including withdrawals above specified thresholds, can be completed.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — compliance procedures applied by jiwn to prevent financial crime.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity described in Section 10 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "Intellectual Property" means all logos, trademarks, software, source code, design elements, content and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to jiwn.

3. Account Eligibility

Use of the jiwn Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual and not on behalf of a commercial organisation or group.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing jiwn is lawful in your location.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of jiwn or any affiliated entity.
• You are not registered as a problem gambler with any self-exclusion scheme applicable to the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

jiwn reserves the right to require proof of age, identity and eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation upon request will result in Account suspension pending verification.

4. Account Registration

To access the full features of the Platform, including placing wagers and claiming bonuses, you must register an Account. The following conditions apply to Account registration:

• Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) Account at any time. Multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, constitute a breach of these Terms.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete and truthful. Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information is a serious breach and will result in Account closure and possible forfeiture of any Balance held.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jiwn will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify jiwn immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account registration is not available to persons under the minimum eligible age. jiwn employs age-verification procedures and will close Accounts where underage access is detected, in accordance with responsible gambling obligations.

5. KYC & Identity Verification

jiwn operates KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures in accordance with the compliance requirements applicable to the Platform's operating jurisdiction. These procedures may be initiated at any time, including at the point of first withdrawal request, when a User's transaction activity triggers a review threshold, or when jiwn deems it necessary in its sole discretion.

KYC documentation that may be requested includes, but is not limited to: government-issued photographic identification (CNIC, passport or driving licence); proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months); and, in certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation.

Withdrawal processing will be paused pending satisfactory KYC completion where verification is triggered. jiwn will not be liable for delays in payment processing that result from a User's failure or delay in providing required documentation.

6. Deposits & Payments

All deposits made to a jiwn Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits — including deposits made on behalf of another individual — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension.

Payment method references on the jiwn Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references familiar to Pakistani users only. They do not constitute endorsement, affiliation, partnership or confirmation of availability of those payment methods. Users must independently verify which payment methods are available and functional at the time of their transaction.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the Platform at the time of transaction and are subject to change without prior notice.
• jiwn does not accept deposits sourced from proceeds of criminal activity. Any such funds will be reported to relevant authorities and the Account will be closed.
• Cryptocurrency deposits (where available) — including BTC, ETH and USDT — are subject to network confirmation requirements. jiwn will not credit funds until the required number of blockchain confirmations has been reached. Crypto values are subject to exchange-rate fluctuation and jiwn bears no liability for price movements between deposit and withdrawal.
• Deposit bonuses, where applicable, are credited to your Account Balance upon satisfaction of the stated trigger conditions and are subject to the Bonus terms in Section 8.

7. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawal of funds from their Account Balance, subject to the following conditions:

• The withdrawal method used must match the deposit method used to fund the Account, where technically applicable.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal above the applicable threshold is processed.
• Pending bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests are processed during standard operational hours. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed. jiwn will not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking institutions or network infrastructure.
• jiwn reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal that jiwn considers unusual or that triggers internal risk thresholds.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.

jiwn does not charge withdrawal fees on its end; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside jiwn's control.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

jiwn may offer promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback arrangements, refer-a-friend incentives and other time-limited offers to its Users. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as specified) must be wagered before bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. Wagering requirements are stated clearly at the point of offer.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain un-wagered at the expiry time will be forfeited without recourse.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute different percentages toward wagering requirement fulfilment. Sports bets, slots, table games and live dealer games may each contribute at different rates, as specified in the individual promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per User: Only one active bonus may be held at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Multiple account holders seeking to claim bonuses more than once will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Abuse & Exploitation: Any User found to be exploiting bonus structures through coordinated play, arbitrage, matched betting or other systematic methods to extract guaranteed profit from promotions will have their bonus forfeit and their Account suspended.

9. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the jiwn Platform. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are available within the relevant game or market interface:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change prior to confirmation.
• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be amended or cancelled by the User, except where a specific "cash out" feature is available and activated before event settlement.
• jiwn reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error has occurred, where the market was offered due to an erroneous or incomplete data feed, or where the integrity of the event is in doubt.
• In the case of abandoned, postponed or replayed sporting events, jiwn's settlement rules will apply as stated in the relevant market rules. Generally, matches not completed within 24 hours of scheduled start time may be voided.
• For live/in-play betting, jiwn uses real-time data feeds to update odds. Connectivity interruptions on the User's side do not entitle the User to cancel or void an in-play bet once confirmed.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event, market and User account as determined by jiwn's internal risk management system. These limits may not be published and may be applied without prior notice.
• jiwn reserves the right to limit, restrict or close the Account of any User whose betting pattern is deemed inconsistent with recreational gambling.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jiwn Platform. Any User found to be engaged in any of the following activities will be subject to immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of any Account Balance (including deposits and winnings), and may be reported to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, algorithms or other technical methods to interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Engaging in, facilitating or attempting to facilitate match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which markets are offered.
• Colluding with other Users in live dealer, poker or any competitive game format to gain unfair advantage.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime.
• Creating multiple Accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing account restrictions, or any other purpose that breaches these Terms.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or vulnerabilities in the Platform's systems for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to jiwn immediately rather than acted upon.
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity documentation during KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using VPN, proxy or other masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing jiwn staff, support agents or other Users through any communication channel.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jiwn Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, trade names, design elements, colour schemes, written content, software, source code, databases, game interfaces and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of jiwn or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile, create derivative works of, or in any other way exploit the Platform's Intellectual Property without the prior written consent of jiwn.

The names of third-party payment providers referenced on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are the property of their respective owners. Their mention on jiwn does not imply affiliation, partnership, endorsement or licensing approval by those institutions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiwn, its directors, officers, employees, agents and suppliers shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes, including losses on sports bets, casino games, live dealer tables or any other wagering activity conducted on the Platform.
• Interruption of service, technical errors, delays, data corruption or failures attributable to third-party infrastructure, payment processors or internet connectivity issues beyond jiwn's reasonable control.
• Actions taken in reliance on inaccurate odds, game statistics or market information that resulted from a data feed error subsequently corrected by jiwn.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit jiwn's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Responsible Gambling

jiwn is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides Users with a range of tools to manage their gambling activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible through account settings or by contacting jiwn's support team directly.

Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income, a means to recover financial losses, or a method to address financial hardship. Do not chase losses. If you feel that your gambling behaviour is becoming problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion tools available and to seek support from qualified professionals.

14. Account Suspension & Closure

jiwn reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where jiwn has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• A User's betting activity is fraudulent, involves manipulation or constitutes Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 10.
• KYC or AML verification requirements have not been satisfied within the required timeframe.
• A User has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• A User's Account activity poses a risk to jiwn's platform integrity, financial security or regulatory compliance.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any Balance held in the Account — including deposits and winnings — may be forfeited at jiwn's discretion, subject to applicable legal requirements. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach, any outstanding Balance will be returned to the User following completion of applicable verification and withdrawal procedures.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operator is incorporated or licensed, as applicable.

jiwn expressly disclaims any representation that it holds a licence issued by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, the State Bank of Pakistan, or any other Pakistani regulatory authority. Users accessing jiwn from Pakistan do so at their own legal risk and must independently verify the legality of their participation under Pakistani law, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977.

This clause does not constitute legal advice. Users with specific legal questions regarding their jurisdiction should consult a qualified legal practitioner.

16. Amendments to These Terms

jiwn reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, jiwn will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to Users through an in-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the User's Account.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this document will be revised to reflect any such changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your Account, contact support.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. jiwn accepts no liability for any failure on your part to review and understand updated Terms before continuing to use the Platform.
